- Health and safety is the priority for all members of the child care community
- Enrollment will support the university’s mission-focused re-opening stages
- Re-opening of centers will be implemented with opportunities to learn and adjust
- Prudently manage fiscal resources in a way that balances cost-effective operations and health and safety, while serving as many families as possible

Leverage a child-centered approach while adapting to inherently uncertain and constantly evolving circumstances that do not always offer the option for consistency
