TEACHING PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that Pure Mathematics is best learned through deep conceptual understanding, logical reasoning, and active engagement. I strive to create a learning environment that encourages critical thinking, curiosity, and intellectual independence. In teaching Pure Mathematics, I emphasize clarity, rigor, and structured reasoning. I guide students from intuition to formal proofs, ensuring they not only understand results but also the underlying ideas. I incorporate problem-solving sessions, continuous assessment, and interactive discussions to enhance learning. At the postgraduate level, I focus on mentorship, guiding students through research processes, academic writing, and publication. I am committed to nurturing the next generation of mathematicians and researchers. Overall, my aim is to inspire students to appreciate mathematics as a rigorous, creative, and impactful discipline.
RESEARCH STATEMENT
My research focuses on Functional Analysis and Operator Theory, with particular interest in C*-algebras both in unital and non unital sense. My work aims to contribute to the theoretical development of mathematics while also exploring potential applications in related fields.
I have published in peer-reviewed journals and presented my work at academic conferences. My research in Functional Analysis addresses problems related to operator theory, spectral analysis, and the study of differential equations in infinite-dimensional spaces, with particular emphasis on existence, stability, and approximation of solutions.. Going forward, I intend to expand my research in the following areas:
· Advanced operator theory and applications
· Functional analytic methods in differential equations
· Interdisciplinary applications of pure mathematics
I am also interested in collaborative research both locally and internationally and in securing research funding to support postgraduate training and innovation.
A key priority in my research agenda is the supervision and mentorship of postgraduate students, contributing to capacity building in mathematical sciences.
Through my research, I aim to enhance the visibility and impact of mathematics within academia and beyond.
