An innovator and aaccomplished Ph.D. Chemist experience in synthetic inorganic chemistry, material science, and academic research leadership. A proven track record in novel ligands design, complex inorganic synthesis, and advanced structural elucidation (SXRD). Expertise spans applications in development of liquid ion exchangers used in hydrometallurgy and water purification, nanochemistry and nanotechnology. I am adept at securing funding through grant writing, Curriculum development, supervising postgraduate researchers, and managing departmental operations
