Dr. Fridah Chepleting is a lecturer and a Chair of the Department of Management Science in the School of Business and Economics at Kisii University. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Supply Chain Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). Dr. Chepleting is a Certified Procurement and Supply Professional of Kenya (CPSP-K) and a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM). Her research interests include supply chain management, procurement, logistics, sustainable transportation, smart mobility and resilient supply chains. Her work focuses on advancing sustainable transport systems, improving urban logistics and enhancing supply chain resilience to support sustainable development. She has authored and co-authored several publications on supply chain management, sustainable mobility, smart transportation systems and climate resilient logistics, and continues to contribute to research, teaching and policy engagement in these areas.
