Biography

Dr. Ben Mariga Bogonko is lecturer at Kisii University in the Department of Computing Sciences, School of Information Science and Technology. He obtained his BSc. in Information Technology (First Class Honours) at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology in 2014 and MSc. in Information Systems at Kisii University in 2019 and PhD in Information Systems at Kisii University in 2025. Besides he has obtained a Technical Education Programme Diploma from Kenya School of TVET in 2010. His research interest areas are in Data Science, Gamification in Education, and Information Management Systems.
