Today, the Vice Chancellor led a spot inspection of the Nyamira University College Tuition and Administration Blocks, taking stock of the progress on the ground and assessing the prospects of achieving the targeted completion timeline. With completion anticipated by January, the College stands on the threshold of a significant new chapter, with the possibility of welcoming its first cohort of students early next year. What is taking shape in Nyamira is more than buildings rising from the ground; it is the physical expression of a broader vision for expanding access to quality university education and creating new opportunities for generations to come. As preparations advance, Kisii University Senate has approved the roll-over of key curricula for use in teaching at the College as it continues to establish its own governance structures. This transitional support reflects the University's commitment to nurturing the College from its formative stages towards institutional independence and sustainability.
