1.    To develop in human resource a critical, creative and analytical mind essential for production of quality research and innovation in all aspects of teaching and   learning.
2.    To develop human resource responsive and equipped with knowledge and skills necessary in identifying learner needs.

4.    To develop in human resource depth of knowledge and expertise in teaching/learning approaches valuable in assuring early learning acquisition and enabling learners to reach their fullest potentials.
