Mission (Dept of Psychology)

In line with the mission of Kisii University, the Department of Psychology aims at producing graduates who will meet the psychological needs of the society, promote mental wellbeing and integrate people back to the society after psychological intervention and to enable them adjust to their changing environment. The mission will be realized through reflective academic programmes, regular review of the same programmes, mentorship, supervision, practice and through research and publication
