Welcome to the Salaries Department
Back to HomeSalaries department was established in the year 2013 and is therefore among the oldest departments of Kisii University. The department operates in the division of Planning, Administration and Finance, that is headed by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Planning, Administration and Finance).
The key function of the department include: generating of the payroll, preparation of payroll reports, preparation of statutory deductions, preparation of third party deductions and payroll reviews and general maintenance of the payroll system.
The department has a team of qualified, experienced and competent staff who are committed to rendering quality and timely services. To ensure that staff and stakeholders get value for money in the entire process of service delivery, we adhere to the University core values, namely: integrity, teamwork, innovativeness, professionalism, and customer focus.
The department operates adequate internal mechanisms, for ensuring that all customers are served professionally and indiscriminately. For continual improvement in service delivery, the department welcomes customer feedback through salaries@kisiiuniversity.ac.ke and other established channels, which include: suggestion boxes, complaints/ compliment registers.
