Biography:
• Evelyn is a lecturer of Curriculum Studies and Mathematics Education courses. She is currently the coordinator of Teaching Practice and previously served as the Head of Department for Curriculum, Instruction and Media. She has actively participated in curriculum review both in basic and higher education in mathematics and mathematics education in Kenya. Evelyn has participated in various workshops to enhance her knowledge and skills for professional growth.She is a members of various professional bodies which include Women Education Researchers of Kenya (WERK), Educational Management Society of Kenya (EMSK), Forum for African Women Educationalist – Kenya (FAWEK), and FOVET Researchers.

Research Interests:
Evelyn’s research interests include Mathematics education in context of language diversity, use of technology for mathematics instruction, STEM, curriculum and emerging issues in and for education.
