The Department of Computing in the School of Information Science & Technology held a capacity building workshop on referencing management tools.  This was a short skills-builder that enhanced their capabilities of leveraging on tools like Zotero and APA and improved the quality of their academic assessments. Kisii University takes pride in supporting its staff reach out and continually increase their betterment in service delivery.
