About the Project
Kisii University has partnered with Mozilla Foundation to promote a project dubbed Ethical Artificial Intelligence. The project entails enmeshing ethics into the hearts and minds of our technology-based students as they interact with artificial intelligence systems not only in their studies but also beyond as they enter the job market. The program aims to help Kisii University enrich its quality of graduates to include an important concept.Kisii University is redesigning an undergraduate AI course by integrating ethics principles and implementing it through a co-teaching approach with industry practitioners. Onboarding major industry players helps to bring in a very practical aspect to the course and this realism is to the benefit of all our students.

Ethical Artificial Intelligence Student Commencement Workshop
Computing Science Students Commenced the journey towards incorporating their studies with aspects of Ethical Artificial Intelligence. Excellent Ethical Artificial Intelligence Projects get recognised by the Vice Chancellor
The Vice Chancellor met the top students from the Ethical Artificial Intelligence Project. These students designed top-notch workable systems to help solve different societal problems as part of their learning responsibilities and were taught to enmesh always these with ethical considerations. The Mozilla funded project has kept the students engaged and in action in many ways. The Vice Chancellor commended the students as well as the team running the project and encouraged for more progressive projects like it.
