TICAD8  Scholarships are offered for both M.Sc. and Ph.D. Programmers for the faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences Institute. This are fully funded scholarships that cover tuition fees, Flight tickets, Accommodation, Medical Insurance and Monthly stipend.
