1. General Out-patient services-Preventive, Curative and Rehabilitative.
2. Laboratory/Medical Diagnostic Screening and Testing
3. Prevention and management of alcohol and drug abuse
4. Referral System for Specialized Care and Management
5. Comprehensive HIV and AIDS Prevention and Support
6. Public Health and Sanitation
