To train high level human resource that meets the development needs of ECDE, SNE and Educational Psychology institutions, both local and international labour market, sustain production of quality research on aspects of ECDE, disseminate the knowledge, skills and competencies so acquired, offer community service and thus, advance the all-round and holistic development of learners.
