The Management of Kisii University is pleased to note that you have settled well in class and learning is in top gear as per the stipulated arrangements.
The purpose of this communication is to remind all students with outstanding fee balance to ensure the fees is fully paid, within two weeks after commencement of this semester as was communicated to you earlier. This applies to all PhD, Degree, Diploma and Certificate students who have reported to class this semester. Those students who have not complied with this requirement are strongly advised to do so immediately and avoid being blocked from accessing lectures and learning materials on Monday, 8th June 2020. Please, note that suspension from learning will automatically make you fail short of fulfilling course requirements, and consequently prevent you from proceeding with studies even if you are able to make payment at a later date. You are therefore advised to seize this opportunity and comply so as to concentrate on your studies, and be able to utilize other available services.
Any student who has paid at least FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the required fees, but has an outstanding issues such as delayed cheque, is advised to get in touch with Student Finance Department before midnight Monday, 8th June, 2020. You are required to attach relevant evidence to get assistance to continue with classes. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank all those students who have complied with the fee payments requirement.
Last but not least, I wish you all the best in your studies and strategic engagements with your lecturers and remind you once more to continue following the Government Guidelines on COVID-19 prevention.
