Kisii University offers transport services for academic and non-academic trips.

The academic trips are organized by academic department in conjunction with Time Tabling Department, for non-academic trips (social and welfare)students organizing for trips must apply to the Deputy principal(A&F) through the patron and Dean of students at least one week before the event.

Transport request forms must filled by the patron, Dean of students, and Dean of any faculties . When permission is granted a full list of students on a trip must be submitted to the Dean of students and a copy to transport office.

Only registered and functional organization must be granted permission to use university transport services and such organization must submit their semester programmes requiring transport to the Dean of students for proper co-ordination.

Non-academic trips students will be required to meet the cost of fuel and , per diem for Drivers and mechanic. All trips of students must be accompanied by any designated university officer and students must exercise full discipline and conduct.
