Mrs. Priscah Mwatembo Halls Officer The University College hall of residence caters for both female and male students. Staff in the halls of residence are friendly and accommodating. Students are expected to keep rooms clean. Halls Officers/Housekeepers/Custodians Halls Officers/Housekeepers/Custodians are responsible for cluster of blocks in the Halls of Residence. Consult your custodian for assistance in the Halls of Residence. Room Allocation A student will be considered for room allocation subject to the following conditions: i. The availability of bed space. ii. First-come-first-served basis. iii. Presentation of the University College official payment receipt. Students will occupy the bed space in the room and maintain acceptable conduct and demeanor. There are no married quarters so students are expected to respect others while living in the room. Keys: Keys remain the property of the University College at all times. A student should neither take the keys home during the longer or short vacation nor lose them. This applies to all students. Keys must not be duplicated. However, any loss of keys must be reported to the Halls Officer who will replace the key at a fee. Keys must be handed over to custodians before clearance at the end of each semester. Mail: Students should use the University College mail number, which is Kisii University College followed by the block complex and block number. For example student living Kayole Kisii University College Kayole Room 3 P.O Box 408 Kisii. Students to be checking their mails in Custodians Office.
