Kisii University today hosted the Cabinet Secretary Education, Hon Ezekiel Machogu, H.E. Hon Simba
Arati, and Principal Secretary Housing & Urban Development PS Charles Hinga on a consultative tour
geared to see Kisii University commence transformative infrastrastructural projects. To commence in
the immediate future is the construction of a 10,000 capacity-housing unit to help accommodate
students of Kisii University and give them access to other attractive amenities to help them lead a
comfortable academic life. The County Government in support of the development streak has also
committed to pave the different roads around the University to open up the areas even further for
students. Kisii University continues to engage and retain development partners to help her achieve her
core mandate.
