25th Jan. 2010 to 2014:  Part- time lecturer, University of Nairobi Kisii Extra Mural Centre     Participating in setting and marking examinations and in guiding students in       proposal and project writing and assessing their work at the end of the writing. Supervised 28 Projects

December, 2008: Appointed Senior Graduate Teacher Job Group ‘M’ after application and subsequent interview, during which period the subjects mean doubled

February, 2008: Appointed a member of the school tendering committee

2006:                 Appointed the Kenyatta University Christian Union Post-graduate representative for the school based programme. Actively participated in weekly discussions with other leaders

April, 2006:        Secured a research permit from the Ministry of Education to carry out research in Kiamokama Division, Kisii Central District, and Nyanza Province.

May, 2005:    Obtained an authority letter from the District Commissioner’s office, Kisii Central District to carry out research in Kiamokama Division, Kisii Central District, and Nyanza Province.

February, 2004:    Appointed assistant Guidance and counseling Mistress at Amasege Secondary School to protect vulnerable and disadvantaged students from any form of abuse and substitute parental guidance and affection among other duties.

February, 2004:   Appointed Head of Department Languages at Amasege Secondary school

August, 2002:       Appointed to interview English teachers for recruitment by the Teachers service commission
